Using a juridical-normative and historical approach, the research finds that constitutional amendments significantly reshaped Indonesia’s governance through stronger democratic principles, the establishment of independent institutions, the implementation of checks and balances, and the expansion of regional autonomy. Key reforms included limiting executive power and strengthening legislative and judicial institutions, as well as creating bodies such as the Constitutional Court, Judicial Commission, and Corruption Eradication Commission. Despite these advances, challenges remain, including overlapping institutional authority, political interference, bureaucratic inefficiency, and inconsistencies in legal reform. From an Islamic constitutional perspective, political law should promote justice, public welfare, accountability, and deliberation, values that are consistent with a modern constitutional state based on the rule of law, power oversight, and the protection of citizens’ rights
2026-06-06T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Muhammad Zaenul Arif, Aisyah Diah N, Tiyas Indah W, Haniyyah Isnainihttps://ejournal2.uinsaid.ac.id/index.php/rils/article/view/160Dakwah Bil Hal Onsight Foundation: Community Empowerment Based on Islamic Philanthropy2026-06-05T14:00:00+00:00Mei Candra Mahardika[email protected]Firmansyah Nugroho Nurokhman[email protected]Agus Wahyu Triatmo[email protected]Silverius Djuni Prihatin[email protected]
Air is the source of life, a phrase that remains relevant today. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative-descriptive approach, analyzing various literature on education, the philosophy of a free human being, and pedagogical innovation. The results of the study indicate that a free human being according to Ki Hadjar is a human being whose life is not dependent on others, relying on one's own strength, which is achieved through the integration of teaching (liberating the outer) and education (liberating the inner). Relevant innovations for building a free human being include joyful learning and character education. Joyful education emphasizes a learning atmosphere that is pleasant, dialogical, and based on the context of students' lives. Character education focuses on teacher role models, habituation, and internalization of moral values. The conclusion of this article confirms that Ki Hadjar Dewantara's concept of a free human being is still very relevant and can be integrated with contemporary learning innovations to produce an independent, visionary, and character-based generation
2026-06-06T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Muhammad Fatihul Afham, Nadia Zakia Al ‘Ulya, Nisa Izza Azkia, Adzin Aris Aniq Adanihttps://ejournal2.uinsaid.ac.id/index.php/rils/article/view/154Theoretical Study of Renewal of Islamic Education Learning Methodology Oriented to Character and Technology2026-06-02T04:00:18+00:00Moch. Using a qualitative approach grounded in library research, the study synthesizes recent literature (2015–2026) on the role of teachers, integration of Islamic values, character education frameworks, and technology-based learning within Islamic educational contexts. The findings reveal that teachers hold a strategic, multidimensional role—not merely as transmitters of knowledge, but also as spiritual guides, moral role models, and digital facilitators. The integration of cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), gamification, adaptive learning systems, mobile learning, and blended learning, has been shown to enhance student motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. Nevertheless, successful implementation depends heavily on the digital literacy of both teachers and students (TPACK framework), infrastructure readiness, and the synergistic support of the educational ecosystem. Technology-based Islamic education must simultaneously promote intellectual achievement and the formation of Islamic character—encompassing religiosity, honesty (amanah), responsibility, discipline, tolerance, and digital ethics (adab bermedia). This study affirms that the renewal of PAI methodology in the digital era requires strong multi-stakeholder synergy among teachers, schools, parents, communities, and government.

2026-06-06T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Moch. Communication skills and conflict management are presumed to play an important role in building this solidarity. This study aims to determine the relationship between communication skills and conflict management with social solidarity of Karang taruna members in Dukuh Taruban. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method on 81 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis with SPSS version 25. Results indicate that communication skills have a positive and significant direct effect on social solidarity (sig. 0.000 < 0.05) with a path coefficient of 0.506. Conflict management has a positive but non-significant effect on social solidarity (sig. 0.570 > 0.05). Simultaneously, communication skills and conflict management together significantly affect social solidarity with an R-square of 0.292 (29.2%). Communication skills is the most dominant variable, while conflict management serves as a latent capacity important for organizational sustainability.
2026-06-06T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Agraita Masithoh, Melvi Nur Veninda, Dyah Susilowatihttps://ejournal2.uinsaid.ac.id/index.php/rils/article/view/171The Influence of Social Support on Adolescents' Learning Motivation at the Surakarta Class I Correctional Center2026-06-06T04:37:07+00:00Jihani[email protected]Abdillah Nur Khairiah[email protected]
Adolescents in correctional facilities often face low learning motivation due to emotional instability, lack of parental attention, and social stigma that limits social support. Islamic-themed political campaigns often rely on religious symbols and values to attract voter sympathy. This study focuses on how online media, such as social media, and offline media, such as in-person meetings and the display of campaign paraphernalia, are used to convey political messages. The research method used is a mixed method with a quantitative approach through interviews with voters who pay attention to both online and offline campaigns. The results show that online media is more effective in reaching young audiences and mobilizing support quickly, while offline media remains important in building trust and personal interactions with voters. The combination of these two types of media produces a more significant impact than using either medium alone.
2026-06-06T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Zahrah Putri Haryadi , Dwi Indah Nur Safitri , Irfan Seno Aji , Nur Muhammad Amin Yahyahttps://ejournal2.uinsaid.ac.id/index.php/rils/article/view/172Regulation of Halal Product Assurance in Indonesia: Sociological Legal Analysis of The Implementation of Law Number 33 of 20142026-06-06T05:12:27+00:00Jihan Inayah[email protected]A.
